Welcome to the dedicated website of COMPASS, the Global MS Nurse Journal. COMPASS has been developed to create a platform that will allow nurses in different countries, who provide care for people with MS, to learn from each other, share ideas and exchange information.

COMPASS is truly global with the circulation figures continuing to rise for every edition. Over 12,000 copies are produced in five different languages and distributed across 27 countries.
